What warranties do you offer on your work?

Most exterior projects will come with a warranty of five or seven years, depending on the quality level of paint you select for your project. Your salesperson or our office can provide you with more information upon request.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, check and electronic check are our preferred methods of payment. No additional charges are applied when paying with one of these forms. We also accept credit and debit cards, however, a convenience fee will be applied. Please give us a call if you need more clarification regarding convenience fees.

Are you licensed and bonded?

The state of Colorado does not require or offer a licensing program for painting contractors. However, we do hold painting licenses in the states of California and Washington (as we periodically do work in these states). We are also able to secure bonds of up to one million dollars if your project requires one.

What type of insurance do you carry?

We carry general liability, workers compensation, auto coverage and pollution liability. Upon request, we are happy to list you or your company as additionally insured on these policies prior to beginning work.

Who do you hire?

We have a combination of hourly employees and qualified subcontractors working on our team. Many of our hourly employees have been with our company for more than ten years. All employees go through a training program (similar to an apprenticeship) with a supervisor or foreman before working on their own. The vast majority of our subcontract teams have been with our company for more than five years and have been thoroughly vetted.

What type of exterior prep do you do?

All surfaces will be properly cleaned, scraped, sanded, caulked and filled prior to painting. All raw surfaces will be primed. All windows and areas not to receive paint will be protected and covered with masking and/or drop cloths. We will make our best attempt to cover or protect plants, vegetation and landscaping.

What makes you different from franchises?

We are completely independent and set our own procedures and pricing that are specific to the communities in which we work. We also don’t owe franchise fees which allows us to provide our clients with more competitive pricing.

What makes you different from the guys knocking on my door?

Our price will likely be much more competitive than the folks knocking on your door. The costs are high to operate door-to-door sales teams and these additional costs will be passed onto you. You will not get a better paint job because you are paying a higher price to one of these companies.

What size jobs do you do?

Our job minimum is typically $2500. If you are looking for a painter to do touch ups, paint a couple of rooms, or do a small standalone project like a deck or a fence, we may not be the best option for you.
